Recognized as an exceptionally organized executive who thrives on “outside-the-box” strategic modeling, Mr. Sheraz specializes in unlocking tier-1 supply lines in complex regulatory and geographical landscapes where traditional firms face friction.
Operating on an unyielding principle of absolute commitment fulfillment, he has built deep institutional trust with host governments, local communities, and premium Western off-take partners alike. As an empathetic, high-conviction leader, he consistently guides his engineering and procurement teams through tough, critical operational choices in remote fields. Based at our global headquarters in New York City, Mr. Khan commands a distinguished tenure within the institutional banking sector. He previously served as Vice President within major banking institutions, where he directly managed multi-billion-dollar corporate portfolios, cross-border regulatory compliance frameworks, and comprehensive fiscal auditing for over 40 distinct banking operations. At Gemocracy, he oversees structured project financing, capital risk mitigation, and international treasury management, providing critical advisory support for large-scale infrastructure investments.
Alok Choudhry
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Based permanently in the UAE to anchor our midstream and downstream activities, Mr. Choudhry is a highly decorated metallurgical engineer with 14 years of premier, specialized expertise in industrial smelting and refining plants. Prior to joining Gemocracy, he operated as the Lead Engineer at the Strategic Precious Metals Processing (SPMP) facility in Oman—widely recognized as one of the most technologically complex antimony smelting assets in the world. Mr. Choudhry commands total oversight of the engineering, technological deployment, and operational scalability of our upcoming UAE mega-smelter.
Muhammad Shehzad

Mr. Shehzad directs the physical logistics and raw-material security that underpins Gemocracy’s trading volume.
